Building Fund privacy notice
Who is responsible
KING OF GLORY CHURCH (UEN T00SS0052C) is responsible for the Building Fund records described here.
Information we collect
When the campaign is open and you submit a pledge, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, pledge type and amount, consent record, optional update preference, submission reference and timestamps.
When finance reconciles a gift, the records may also include a bank or payment reference, payment method, amount, date, payer details supplied with the transaction, matching notes and the authorised administrator’s audit record.
Why we use it
- to record, review and administer your pledge;
- to match gifts with church bank records and prevent double counting;
- to send pledge and bank-verification acknowledgements or contact you about a correction;
- to send broader campaign updates only when you choose to receive them;
- to maintain financial, governance and audit records required by church policy or applicable law; and
- to publish anonymous campaign totals.
Who can see it
Individual records are restricted to authorised finance administrators and service providers needed to host and operate the system. Public campaign and service screens receive aggregate totals only. They do not show names, contact details or individual pledge amounts.
How long we keep it
Personal data is retained only while needed to administer pledges, reconcile payments, meet legal, accounting and audit requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and corrections
Campaign updates are optional. You may request access to your pledge information, ask to correct your contact details, withdraw from optional updates or raise a privacy question. A request concerning a financial or audit record may need to be retained with a correction trail rather than erased.
Contact
Email admin@kog.sg for privacy questions or pledge-record corrections.
